METHOD OF PREPARATION

How to Prepare?

1. Wash raw collagen, squeeze it same way when washing rice 5-6 times and soak raw collagen were washed overnight


2. Discard soaking water and rinse again  5-6 times; drained

3. Mixed with 2.5 liters of plain water into the pot to boil

4. After boiling let it cool before placing it in the container and stored in a refrigerator (stock to 4 weeks) - keep a lump of raw collagen that has been boiled earlier (like jelly) in a covered container in the refrigerator to be used as mask





THIS COLLAGEN IS READY TO EAT / DRINK THE WAY YOU LIKE.

suggestions: Mix with your favourite juice or just eat it :)

Procedure:

1. The best time to eat/drink it is during empty stomach
    (after waking up - before breakfast & before bedtime)

2. Take a collagen brought from the fridge (will be like jelly), take 3 tablespoons and add to the glass
    * can also be mixed with orange flavour / juice



How to Make a Mask:


Wash your face 2-3 times so that all pores will be widely  open
Put Collagen on the face (very good if made every day)
Leave it fot at least 15 minutes or can also be left overnight before being washed

NOTE:
If possible, avoid coffee, nescafe; drinks that high in caffeine can cause all that need to absorb and remove vitamin C, collagen and gluthathione (whitening agent) within our bodies ..
Take with vitamin C for maximum effect & faster! drink plenty of plain water ..
